- How do I check my order status?
Check out the Track Your Order - page to track your order. If you have any trouble tracking your order, please contact us at primafacieshop@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you.
- I made a mistake in my order/entered a wrong address. Can I still change this?
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to change an address once an order has been placed. This is because we strive to process an order as quickly as possible.
If you would like to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Can I return items I bought?
Yes definitely! If you aren't satisfied with your order, please let us know as customer satisfaction is a high priority for us. Feel free to have a look at our Terms and Conditions page for all the information you need on how to return items. 
- How does the shipping and import taxes work?
The customer pays the shipping and import taxes. Where possible, you can choose your preferred shipping method on the checkout page.
